announcing the formation of the civil wars alliance. please all small factions pay close attention if you are new or just small join this alliance. all of the faction leaders in the alliance will work as equals at the head of the alliance .this is an alliance to not only stop the mindless violence but to support and help the new or small factions. if you do decide to sign up there will be standards that actions must pass. alliance name will be changed and re decided amongst the leaders once at least four factions have joined. what i want to get clear is that this faction is here to help and support not to fight and destroy

the reason i made the alliances name CIVIL WARS is because in this alliance we fight with honor and dignity. we don't have any part in mindless destruction we try to prevent any and all fights through communication and compromise. only when we are forced to retaliate do we take action. and even in war we follow guidelines to keep it fair and honorable if your faction does not believe in this then please don't respond

You do realize that a Civil War is not a war that is fought fairly, but rather a war within a nation in which both sides are or were previously citizens of the same nation?

Examples:

-Russian Civil War (1919 "White" Political Groups vs. "Red" political Groups)

-American Civil War (1860's Confederate States vs. Union)
