More like 10 or 15 iron to 1 gold. I'd even be happy with 20

Getting a little high with 20, I could say 10iron per gold, maybe a tiny bit more. All i know is when you mine for gold you get like 5 gold per stack of iron lol. So maybe 12 iron per gold. 6 iron per gold is huge ripoff

i'd say either 10 iron = 1 gold or 12 iron = 1 gold. we should vote on it.

Redstone would be like the penny. It's very common and you get a bunch at a time.
