any clue how I can change them? it doesnt let me do anything, just opens and closes

i got it, i had to email the guy (Johnathan) XD he gave a step by step thingy, heres what he said in case someone else did it wrong too:
1. Start notepad.exe
2. Paste in "mcobj -cpu 4 -s 20 -o world1.obj
%AppData%\.minecraft\saves\World1" (without the quotes)
3. Save the file as run.bat (not run.txt) into the same folder that
has the mcobj.exe
4. Double click on the run.bat to start processing
