KingMark, If Heark Attends, either Gatschet or SpaceNarwhal will not be able to. We'd like to limit this to three representatives per faction.

Femputer, by being IN a faction, the area is no longer neutral, despite the status of the faction. The Order of Skyrim was not chosen to be represented at this time because it currently has no members. Factions represented should have a minimum of four members. If this requirement is met before the time of the Convention, you may send representatives. If this is not met, you will not be required to agree to the terms established at the convention; although it is likely recommended.

please add maxman129 and chrisseb to the list please for the tesnion empire. also my capital of tesnion is not yet built but the land is smooth and if u take a look at it im sure you would like it .just warp to tesnion i have claimed the whole peninsula so if you go there and then look at world map you can get a better look
