Lately i've been hearing that the factions, "Helghan, and Vegas" are trying to "team up" and kill us. Just remember to be on guard whenever you're in the War World. It's not like they're a serious problem, but it might grow to one, one day. Eliminate anyone from either of these factions ON SIGHT. Find their bases and have them destroyed.
