Jim, if you cant record at atleast 30 fps using custom shaders, i suggest just taking off the shaders and recording without them. I would prefer it not to be choppy over shaders.

Ive found a better less laggy shader pack, and mist of the lag is the fact that its been exported 4 times on its journey
And also minceaft's FPs changes and the recording is 30 fps
just looking at this now, and actually, it is 29.97 FPS recording.........
