I dont know why i was talking to jared about how i was banned from regular MT servers and then BOOM i was banned from FTB as well with no explanation

All long term bans are network wide, your ban had not yet been carried out on our FTB server. You have to wait the full six months and then reappeal to play on any of our servers. Sorry.
