The Frost Empire Frostgorod Building Code
It is with great honor that we, the Frost Government, welcome you into this city of ours. It is only with the best interests of all involved that we place these limitations to set forth an era of peace and prosperity amongst our residents. All residents are valued members of the community and will be treated as such at all times. Enjoy your stay and live long and prosper!
Article 1 - Size Limitations
Section 1: No building shall exceed 18 blocks above ground level.
Section 2: No building may extend its walls past the designated building lot perimeter.
Section 3: No building shall have a basement exceeding 7 blocks below ground level, nor any basement expanding beyond the perimeter outlined during the purchase of the lot.
Section 4: Buildings with overhangs must not extend over streets.
Article 2 - Design Code
Section 1: No building may be primarily composed of cobble, dirt, or any type of wood.
Section 2: Cube-shaped buildings must be approved after construction by someone of high enough authority, appointed by either KingMark or Heark.
Section 3: Any designs intending or otherwise invoking prejudiced inclinations are subject to removal by the government.
Section 4: Any designs reflecting negatively upon Frost in any way are subject to removal by the government.
Section 5: Thou shalt not haveth trees sprouting from thy house.
Article 3 - Commercial Buildings
Section 1: Commercial lots must be applied for through a Business Application before purchase and development.
Section 2: Commercial lots require a weekly fee agreed upon after review of the Business Application.
Section 3: Commercial lots are subject to tariffs as seen fit by the Frost Government.
Section 4: No Commercial Building may sell items to players/factions hostile to the Frost Government.
Article 4 - Buying and Selling of Citizen Owned Lots
Section 1: No lot may be sold to a citizen of an enemy faction.
Section 2: Lots may be sold at the discretion of the current owner with effective supervision by the Frost Government.
Section 3: The sale of a lot must be notified to the Frost Government as soon as reasonably possible.
Article 5 - Security
Section 1: No Commercial Building may create situations in which entering the premises will lead to death or serious injury (i.e. dispenser, disappearing floor, etc. upon walking in).
Section 2: Frost Government may, if deemed necessary, use military force to acquisition a lot of and.
Section 3: Any building intentionally noted to be in violation of any of the articles of this building code are subject, if deemed necessary, to removal from Frostgorod and seizure of property.
Section 4: The Frost Empire has the right to pass any law necessary and proper to carry out any of the enumerated laws and codes listed in the Frost Empire Frostgorod Building Code.
