But at the same time ,this thread is well played out and professional.

Very good presentation.
Ya true true.
JP, this is not about factions. This is about plagiarism.

Heark, one is not named Empire and the other Imperial. Both are "Empire".

After some consideration, I will agree to drop the demanded funds from the previous fifteen diamonds to twenty gold bars. With this, I would ask that you change your thread to omit the stolen material.

TIBBS, You obviously looked at my thread to copy and paste my text, so when you formally chartered, you should have chjosen a different name. Chat is an unreliable, and unofficial medium for communicating official ideas.

Ties to Millinium Manufacturing do not mean you can't change your name.
All the points he makes are valid, and 20gb is pocket change for most companies here. Please just pay the man and change the so we can lock this thread
It's fine to have the same name.

"Unless the company has trademarked the name, then no other company in the country can use the same name again. For example, you can't use Starbucks as the name of your business

If the name has not been trademarked, a company can incorporate and use a business name that is used by a business in another state. But they cannot use the same name in the same state. Thus there are instances when one business in one state has the same name as another business in another state

I was replying to Oki's idea that Tibbs change his company name to Imperial Mining Corporation
Heck, you can give the money to charity or to a public fund, the point here was to ge tthe name changed, and to let people know that plagiarism will not be accepted.
