TIBBS4LIFE and the Empire Mining Corporation

For the blatant theft of nonphysical property including, but not limited to the trademarked Acronym EMC, and material from the parent thread for that company.

This was directly copied from my thread, and used in the interests of gaining corporate profit.

Although Empire Military Consultation has been relatively inactive in the last two weeks, I have every intention of returning to business after some of my current projects are completed.

I officially call this to the attention of the members of Minetown, and ask for the Empire Mining Company to change its name, or withdraw from business. In addition, I demand monetary recompense for the theft of my advertising in the interests of gaining profit, and the carrying through of those intentions, in the amount of no less than fifteen diamond gems.

But it was well done, even though I don't think you would win in court.

Edit: What classifies as a civil suit? This seems business related, but maybe that's under that umbrella?

Civil=Non criminal.

There is to be no compensation, as there is no infringement or breach of copyright at all.

EMC: Empire Mining Corporation - Tibbs4life = Mining Company

EMC: Empire Military Consultant - Eissaye = Military Contractor

Tibbs4life and his EMPIRE MINING CORPORATION has been in existence for over a year, since BEFORE I meet tibbs in the New Canada server, roughly a year ago. Omegatekanina can vouch for that, just as I am now. I have been with him this entire time, and he has used this name for as long as I have known him.

As well, Tibbs4life has an office in Vegas, that CLEARLY has EMC written on the side of the building. This was made shortly thereafter, once the server ceased on the temporary maps, and began running on the 1.1 update.

3rdly, Tibbs4life is a Mining Corporation, his specialty. Yours is a military Contractor, 2 COMPLETELY different types of businesses.

Lastly, Tibbs4life's thread is nothing like yours. It's alot shorter. It was a simple fluke it may look similar.

I don't see how having a company on another server gives it any validity on this server when Eissaye's EMC was commissioned on this server first and should have right to the name. Also, the line's are complete plagiarism from the original EMC thread on this server.

Simple solution: Tibbs4life changes the name to IMC, Imperial Mining Corporation

This is not going to happen, quite frankly.

Since I share my valuables with Tibbs4life (including diamonds), I will not be agreeing to these terms, as Millennium Manufacturing and Empire Mining Corporation; which are jointly combined in terms of management for both companies; share wealth equally (combined treasury).

If funds are transferred, then Millennium Manufacturing will start charging taxes on all requests for help and construction projects and materials requested for projects, as well as charge for Lots in Millennium City that were to be previously free to Millennium Alliance Members, to compensate loss of company funds until said fee is repaid in full to Millennium Manufacturing.

Secondly, I see no reason why there cannot be 2 EMCs in minetown, as there are many companies in the real world that share abbreviations, without quarrel. Especially considering that One is not a company at all, simply a military contractor, and the other is a Mining Corporation, with no ties to military contracts (handled in accordance by my company's Special Requests Department, Floor F3, Millennium Tower, Downtown Espero).

Thirdly, Empire Mining Corporation has been involved in major mining operations with Millennium Manufacturing in preparation for Millennium City, and has not nor has ever been inactive, and is showing increasing profits in it's weekly budget reports. Furthermore, If this civil suit continues, it will delay, if not stall and suspend ALL mining operations indefinitely until this is resolved, thereby backing up MY company's contracts by a week or possibly more, and will ultimately cost my company quite a bit. Which I as CEO of Millennium Manufacturing, find as unreasonable and unjust competition from a rival company, with the intent of purposeful sabotage of company contracts.

Lastly, you have yet to ask Raventeeth about Tibbs4life's Vegas Office. He will verify it has been in existence before your thread was ever made, regardless of your plans. Therefore, once proven by raven, I request you retract your civil suit before this degenerates into a flame thread, or worse.
