You do need iTunes to upgrade your ios to 6 if you don't have it already, the on board upgrade will not work, if your ios 5 device is jailbroken.

1: My itunes wants to update my phone beyond iso 6.. like 6.2 or what ever.. Can I update that far, and still use this jailbreak?

2: If I can't do what I asked before, how can I update to only 6.0?

Madster, as long as your iPhone has iOS 6 - 6.1 you should be fine. Dont go past 6.1 when 6.2 comes out.
