Anywho, looks like I need to do some explaining to do before you think you guys can just throw out a 'valid' argument.

I'm not the type of person to argue over the forums, rarely do it. But when it comes time I will.

First off, its not that I don't support him. It's just that, he just so happened to have this idea of 'Minetown emmy awards' just at the same time that matts doing his Minetown Awards? Seems legit. That's like Matt doing an event, then, a another even staff saying "Hey, lets do this event!" No. You need to rethink your logic here. Also, I think it's pretty clear that people will not support this, as they have already been supporting matt's awards. As for the 'think of it by yourself since one person in the world thought of it" statement... Well.. Where do I even BEGIN with that? First off, there is no way you can compare a 40k+ community, to the world of 7,095,731,765. Makes no sense. The only reason lochie is getting terrible feedback, is because, it's already being done by someone else, in this small community(compared to the.. oh idk.. WORLD?) Haha.

Anywho. Be original. All this is, is just taking the Minetown awards, and renaming it. Like it or not, it's a fact.

Where the idea came from is irrelevant, the idea is very similar to Matt's event. Perhaps you could collaborate with Matt to incorporate your ideas into his event. Locking thread before this gets out of hand.
