I know you need to fill out a PE to get a lot or stall. All i really need is a stall. Where can I fill out app.? (this is for marketplace)

All you have to do is make a PE standing in-front of the lot/stall you want.

Ill take a signnature.

^^ make a pe at the lot and if you log out, have the payment in your inventory so we can take it and assign you the lot.

So your saying carry my 2 stacks o' diamonds at all times.

you dun have to cary em around when you are in game ,but if you log out and we havent gotten to you, have them in there.
