The event would be that you get a large plot the size of span, maybe have an application to enter, then you can design in groups or alone a new spawn, then sawine and other high ups, would choose the new spawn, winner gets prize money and maybe BT recommendation. And we all get a real nice spawn

I mean no offense, as this is a decent idea, however I am pretty sure we just had a discussion on the forums about revamping the spawn last week, and it was denied. We literally JUST revamped it but a few months ago...

Really??!? i think it would be a good idea to jst let people try(copy and paste current spawns and let people work on that) and if they do like the new spawn, Hey, paste it in!

Yeah thats the idea GH, not to make it done by BT, just as a event, a large one, lots of people have been wanting to do a build event, and lots want a new spawn, and if they dont like it they can keep the old one, or modify one they like

I like this idea, Ive been playing here for about a month, being a new player, spawn kinda put down my hopes a little with the lag and cobble buildings.

If you mean spawn as in the small area you spawn in p, not the whole city then mayyyyybe but the spawn right now is fine, no need to change it

lag will be fixed by new years. The market is being redone to fix most of the lag.

Its not just about the lag, its the appeal of the city...
