i thought that for a challenge/quest we would get a chest then around that chest would be obsidian then around that obsidian would be lava then around that lava would be more obsidian then you would cover the whole thing in bedrock leaving a 1x2 hole in it then cover that thing in more obsidian (im thinking to make it a cube shape) then you give the person that wants to try a iron pick 1 apple and 3 torches then they have 2 hours to complete it (id make this my self but i wouldnt be able to collect enough resources especially bedrock)

what would be in the chest and make it a diamond pickaxe because how are they going to stop the lava from burning them alive?
