Okay so I bought a 10k vault for me and my friend to start a business and when I do /vault 1 it tps me onto a piece of glass surrounded by the void... please help.

Do /vault instead. I had the same problem once. I just did the /vault command and it took me to my vault.

Nope, my vault works... hmm... Sorry, I can't think of an easy fix, might be that the staff needs to manually make one for you.

Sometimes when you purchase a vault, the design doesn't get copied over correctly and there is a piece of bedrock missing from the floor, which causes you to fall into the void. (Another plugin catches you by placing a glass block at your feet. Your vault just needs a quick patch job, just make a petition on the glass block (Below your vault) that explains what happens, and a moderator will help you.

Yield, It Isn't A Problem With There Just Being A Hole In The Floor. The Whole Vault Does Not Appear, I Bought A Few Vaults To Test This... I Now Have 10 Vault, Some Of Which Do Not Actually Appear...

There is an issue atm with the vault system. It is being looked into.
