I downloaded a World Downloader Mod, for 1.3.2, installed correctly.

I tested it on some other servers first and it worked there, does Minetown block World Downloads?

I haven't heard anything more about the competition,and since I'm currently overseas and offline,I'm not sure if there are steps I need to follow to make certain my build is considered in the competition...... Details yet ?
