While I do not use it to pirate apps, more to get apps that have been removed for the app store, I have installous on the second page. (Hint, OpenTTD hint.)

Just a tip, if you use any interface tweeking apps like winterboard, or springtomize, they will glitch out with instalulos when you respring your device. If it hasn't happened to you yet, You are lucky. Appcake on the other hand, is better, and dose not cause this problem.
