It will be fixed as soon as it is possible to fix it. There is not an ETA of when it will get fixed because there are too many variables. I promise you they aren't forgetting or ignoring you, there just nothing they can do yet.

i was unbanned but then i did /sever temp and I'm banned again can u guys just unban me from all the servers this is getting frustrating i just want to get back onto the servers
