Put a building material shop in a town or something, it should work pretty well. I never see shoppers though, so.

I just have a shop. I sell anything I get, bows, string, sticks, wood, coal, iron, whatever. Its easier than saying 'I want a (blank) shop' because why sell someone tools when you can sell them the material to MAKE those tools.
