Can anyone suggest fair prices for lots in my town?

The dimensions are 12x7 for a small, 14x12 for a medium, and 14x24 for a large.

It all depends, there are 1 time prices, rental rates where you have to pay like a gold a week.

I was thinking about one time prices, as long as they provide their own materials.

That is generally how things happen unless someone abandons their shop. You might want to lay the outlines of the foundation, so they don't build over their spot.
