Reasons for wanting to claim this land:

1.Over the past 4 days i have been looking for a nice town to build in and i have only found 3 so far.

2.If i got this town i would (1) make prices super low for new players and not so new players

(2)Make a rule if EVER anyone is caught griefing or making inappropriate comments, be reported immediately to moderators or member of minetown staff.

(3)Have a nice small enough town for people to meet new friends on minetown.

(4)make a market for the people of the town and have the prices so low and some maybe even free!

3. I am totally against griefers and i would make sure house/building doors are closed at all time ( unless you are online and in your house/building ).

4.Its a nice and tidy town and it is a shame to let it go to waste.

5.The owner of this town has been unactive for some time ( last seen March 17 , Killer3609 )

Contacting the owner: tried contacting the owner on multiple occasions and still no reply and still unactive.
