I was mining for a long time(hours) and suddenly the server crashes. So, in the meantime i start playing other worlds(while avoiding Wildlands after having troubles with the /spawn killing me causing me to lose everything twice). But when i was finally able to log back on into the main world, the server spawned me in a pit of lava, that i was definitely not in when it crashed. Therefore, by no fault of my own i lost everything in my inventory including lots of precious items and all my experience. But after filing a petiton, they said there was nothing they could do for me. I just dont seem to understand how that is fair at all. Am i wrong?
