i just create a town and i need some tip and advise on the town

One of the best ways to grow a town, is not to put too many restrictions on. Let people build with whatever they want so long as it looks nice. My town doesnt even have plots, they pick where they want and then i have a region created there. do something unique in your look. there are dozens of towns out there that are also looking for members, that all have the same look, square plots, stone streets, the like. If you want to grow, be unique.
