Graceful Reboot: ( Assumes you have the server on a loop. )

UPDATED:

- Now you only need '/reboot' permission, not Admin as-well.

- Now you can issue 'reboot' from the console as-well!

Instead of typing /#stop to restart the server, and giving everyone ugly Java errors after 3 seconds of time out, it kicks them instantly with a nice message telling them where to rejoin!

Config lets you choose whether it kicks admins or not, and what the message is!

You type /reboot to do this, you need to be BOTH an Admin ( access level 2 ) and have access to the command to use this, as it is fairly powerful. D:
