I think minetown should add a disclaimer to the tekkit server:

"WARNING: After entering the tekkit server, it is possible you won't leave due to the addiction of tekkit. It is not our fault in any way if you can't leave the game at all to do anything else. It will waste your time."

Go download the technic launcher, select tekkit, and log in. Its pretty fun, but sucks getting started.

If you play tekkit, you will probably stop playing regular minecraft. I can only imagine a minetown tekkit server will be potentially the thing there is?
