I don't understand this one. The Japanese yen is now worth more than the US dollar. Two decades ago it was nearly 200-500 JPY for 1 USD. Now, it's 70-90 JPY for 1 USD. It means that the Japanese only have to pay 70-90 JPY to buy 1 USD while people using the USD lose money to purchase 100 JPY.
