Don't throw stuff out of your inventory when you are in the E menu.

It makes you crash.

But then i cant get other building supplies to build with O.o

Put them in your inventory, dont throw them out.

But it crashes when i open my inventory

That's a server thing I think, because that happens to me on the creative server a lot...

My advice is to just open the minecraft launcher,

Click the options button in the minecraft launcher,

Click 'Force Update'
