But if you decide to join after 11:30 pm Eastern time(time we start recording) then you must come in quietly, then slowly start engaging in the conversation. I dont want people rushing in and screaming "HEY" at the top of there lungs. 11.30 pm EST would be 4.30 am GMT

EST = GMT -5hours

(correct me if I'm wrong)
