If you want to sell a house. Then ask a mod to protect it with a region. Get a mods help by typing /pe create <What you need>.

Then the person gives you the diamond for the house and you type /region addowner <region name> <Player who bought the houses name>

This should give him permission to build there, thus giving him the house. If he doesnt want YOU to be able to build there then he types: /region removeowner <region name> <Your name>

If you want to sell items without a sign then just hand the guy the items and he will hand you the diamonds/gold for it.

He wont run away with your stuff either because he will be banned for that.

BTW He can also pay you with the Minetown currency.

He does that by typing /money pay <your name> <amount of money>

Most people do that nowadays.
