Personally I think since minetown has its own pvp server no, there shouldnt be any pvp on the server unless BOTH parties agree to it...I can openly say no, that if I wanted to risk being killed by a player, I would go to the MINETOWN pvp server..

And i will stand strong on this til the end..There is no excuse now for pvp on the main server...NONE....If you cant cut it on the pvp server then you shouldnt be pvping...

Ya'll can go flame all you want..There is nothing you ca nrationalize to me about why this should be allowed anylonger...None, Nada, Zip...

At the moment, it is feasible and allowed. If the spawn point was moved inside the /warp end spawn box, no one could spawn kill even if they wanted to.

You will never be forced to pvp in the current system. Don't want to pvp? Stay out of the end and nether and simply have your /pvp off.

When you go to the end or nether, you are accepting the possibility of pvp. And this feature of the end and nether has already been reviewed several times by the community and staff members.

Also, the end and nether allows for creative methods to kill others that would be near-impossible to do in the main world on the main server.

I simply do not play on the pvp server because I do not like the pvp system on the server.

As you can clearly see, the pvp system in the pvp server and the main server is very different. First of all, mcmmo is implemented. And it is reset every month. This alone makes a lot of difference. At the moment, I do not want to explain the specific differences between mcmmo and non-mcmmo, so lets move on.

Also it is heavily faction-based. If you are in a good faction, the land benefits alone are enormous considering how faction "powers" determine how much land a faction can have at a time.

It should be moved into spawn area because like what happend today antonyoo killed me in the end then he kept spawn killing me for like 3mins and it gets really annoying.
antonyoo, the mcmmo skills are not reset every month.

I agree with you that people should spawn inside the spawn box when they die. You shouldnt could get spawnkilled in the main server if you ask me.

And there is a problem with simply making a superficial rule about how people shouldn't spawn kill. The end is a lawless place where people can collect valuable items at the risk of engaging in pvp. If spawn killing was not allowed while the spawn area is set outside, people could get a "free-pass" to collect minerals right after they are killed. And petty arguments will arise about whether or not someone getting killed after "some" time after getting killed the first time should be considered spawn killing. This can be avoided by putting the spawn area inside the "safe box".
