Knowing you've done something wrong doesn't really change that you did it. If anything, it means you were aware of the rules, knew better, and chose to break them anyway.
If you'll remember, you asked if hacking was okay, and were told by nearly every active player in the server that it absolutely wasn't. You said that you wouldn't hack, yet proceeded to freecam anyway. You were given a warning and told not to hack again, and you agreed not to. You then decided to X-Ray and sold the materials you got on the auction house. You gave your word twice that you weren't going to hack, and you broke your word both times. So why should we take you at your word a third time?
I understand you want to play on Minetown, but we're going to need something a little stronger than just your word here. Show me that you understand what you did.
