I have a quick question. Do the regular MInetown rules apply in the Guest World?

Not entirely sure. But its scheduled to be reset. But I wouldn't take the chances of breaking main world rules in the guest world.

Guest world is lawless, griefing and stealing is allowed.

What does it mean by "reset"?

it's reset like every week I think (the map is wiped and a new one is made for it.)

The rules are posted just outside the portal once you enter as a row of signs. Members aren't supposed to harass the guests if they mine or harvest over there. Examples would be killing them or messing with their things.
