Reason you were banned: I was banned for the reason: "Spawn killing"

This was on the PvP factions server, and here's my side of the story:

I was kicked from the faction "Nintendo" because apparently there base was griefed by a member so they decided to kick everyone they did not know. I decided to get revenge (Keep in mind this is a PvP server) and went to their base. I killed them a few times each, and then claimed one of their chunks. Victory was mine. Until i was banned.

Reasons I should be unbanned: I was aware "spawn killing" was killing right outside spawn, as it is on many other minecraft servers. Keep in mind the rules simply state "no spawn killing", so i was unclear.

I also was about 10-15 blocks away from the factions /f home, giving them time to suit up before they attempted to kill me.

You were camped 10-15 blocks from were they spawn after they die. This is spawn killing.

I gave them time to suit up and did not kill them unless they came to me, though.

I really didn't know this was considered spawn killing. I am really sorry about this.

So is there any you guys could unban me?

Jarettguy should be unbanned. Spawn killing is actually allowed.
