Warp name to land: I searched for warps relevant to the look of the town/theme and the players names, but nothing came up.

Reasons for wanting to claim the land: It is very close to my home which I am expanding, and it looks very nice.

Contacted the owner? (Ingame): Yes, but have had no reply.



Contacted the owner? (Website): I would like to claim the land nearing my home that you have protected. If you are not willing to or still build there, I will buy the land off of you for a reasonable amount. Thanks for cooperating.

*Edit* The players name who was contacted is Benzi93.

Also, my home and this abandoned town are more than 10,000 blocks out for X coords, and over 1,000 for Z. So it would not be tampering with anyone else's land, and couldn't possibly mess up someone else's protections.
