You need to submit a /pe, I believe. Then do /pe comment # and say the reason why. If the mod can see the reasoning, they might give it. Not too sure on this one. I'm still working on my adventure map, and this I what I was told to do when I complete it (I wasn't promised anything, just that they'd look at it and consider from reasoning).
