This is the 2nd time this has happened..... is there anyway of someone telling me why this is happening?

You have a virus. This happened to me and as soon as I ran a virus scan and deleted what showed up as malicous it was fine again.

It happens because NoCheat which is a plugin the server uses, takes note of people blacklisted on spamhaus which lists ip's that are unsafe so they cant get onto the server. I presume this is in case it spams it.

You should run a virus scan on your computer and delete everything that shows up as bad, and then go to spamhaus' website and have your ip unflagged.

DO NOT unflag your ip without fixing the problem because eventually you wont be able to unflag it anymore.
