Pessimist, if you'd read some of the recent posts, you would know that land claims are on hold - wait another few weeks before trying to claim land again. They may still be on hold, I don't know, I guess you'll just have to wait until staff decide.

And to say that you want to claim land just for what's in the chests and the spawners is very selfish. That means just taking land for the goodies, then abandoning it again for some other mug to come and claim it.

Meanwhile, the previous owner returns and sees all his things stolen and nobody has even made an effort to develop on the property at the very least.

You've sealed your own fate on this, there's no way staff will let you have it for that reason.

who said that im not going to run abadoned towns which are worth it? i found some places which are just 2 or 3 houses and i dont think any1 would run them. also i would post on forum what i found in the chests so the owner can have it back if he returns
