Upload it to a photo host like Photobucket then grab the image url. Once you have done that you can link it in your sig

You can also edit a signature under account settings, then in the bottom left there's a button that says "Forum Signature" Once on there do what Sayomie has stated.

Make sure to save it as an image first. :3
