Hello, want some money? Can't get any anywhere? Consider joining the DKEvent INC. this buissness helps me get employee's that can help with my event making. I make events on Minetown that help the community have fun, and I have gotten pretty far behind, farther than I wanted to be. Bassicly when I hire you, you are either hired to get supplies for me, or help give me ideas for events. If you do a good job, in my buissness you can either take a promotion or a prize from me. (Promotions are given out by me or Dillon1975.) Pay for employee's are different depending on what you do and how you do.
Regular price for employee: Three
per week (Real life week)
You can only be payed if I see you working or giving out ideas, so if you message me with ideas every so often during that week you get your pay, but if you're not working at all that week I can take off pay. If you don't work for a while you may be depromoted or even fired.
Ranks for my buissness: Employee > Employee+ > Helper > Helper+ > Instructor > Co - Owner > Owner
You may have guess, yes, Employee+ are the bosses of the Employees, so they are the biggest rank for the lowest rank.
Helper+ are the bosses of the Helpers. Helpers may not be the boss of any other rank, Helper+'s can only be the boss of Helpers.
Employee's may not be the boss of any other rank, Employee+'s may only be the boss of Employee's.
Instructors are in charge of every rank below its rank (Employee's and Helper's) they tell them if they are lacking anything or if Me or Dillon need anything for the events for example lets say I am the owner (which I am) and Dillon1975 is the instructor... Kong999 could be an employee that is hired to get supplies for my events I could tell Dillon that next time he sees Kong to tell him he is either lacking or if I need him to get some supplies for me.
Employee's that are supposed to give ideas are supposed to give an idea atleast every two days it doesn't have to be a good idea but atleast something.
Employee's that are supposed to get supplies for me are given tools to use to get the meterials needed, employees that choose this job are given a chest full of tools I only refill that chest every month so if you take the tools instead of using them for the job and loose them, you will not have another chest for another month and you will be using your own tools.
Dillon1975 is the Co-Owner of the buissness and I (DonkeyyKong) am the owner Co-Owner's have as much power over the buissness as the Owner.
Helpers are just employees that I thought needed a promotion. The promotion includes an extra diamond pay so four and more vacation days ;]. Helper+'s are just get the same pay as Helpers but even more vacation days (days off). Hope you use them well ;].
