what madster said. also if you have fenced it all off and already have a house, then that shows some development, the way you had it worded i thought you had just marked the corners and hadnt done anything yet. i believe it should be fine, also as it seems, if im reading your coordinats right, that the area is only 22x22, thats fairly small and if it already has a house, then as i said i see no prob, just have to be patient
