It's a bit weird, but I don't know how much of that is still me getting used to the admin position. I still see myself more as a backend administrator / developer, and focus my time and effort there accordingly. I don't really think there's such thing as a "normal" admin, though. Every member on staff has a specialization or a niche where they like to work and contribute to minetown. All the admins have the same responsibility for fixing issues by the job description, but we prioritize differently based on our talents. Some focus on maintaining the software we use, some focus on maintaining the hardware we use, some focus on managing the community and staff, and we all shift around to fill gaps when they arise and provide input on decisions the others are making. Every admin here is really "admin and <something>".
