No Ghost, you have to install ModLoader and place the .rar or .zip into the mods file <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

I've been using this for a couple days now and I have to say, its pretty much awesome. And its stupidly easy to use too.
