im sorry but it was the best way to split staff perms up

OKAY... , i don't know any of yall but, it seems that ultimate, is hurt i think personally for getting banned, if he did x-ray, i don't think hes going to make a appeal, because from reading the forums, on other servers and this server, x-ray is almost a perma-ban.
