We have no plugins which modify enchantments, to my knowledge, other than allowing admins to put any enchant they want on an item, and mod+ to put natural enchantments on an item for refund purposes. Prot V armor, or any "enchant over level 50" are impossible to obtain using an enchanting table. Players are forbidden to possess items with dirty enchants (like the mod picks), so even if you had been given them at some point, they would not be refunded (that's just a plain unfair advantage, especially given armor's PVP-natured use).

then you will need to speak to heiwashin about the enchanted items...there is no way to create overpowered items currently by mod+ or lower.
