I'd just upgrade my Win7 to 64bit and seem there're problem login into Minecraft....

Might just be a minecraft.net server issue. I wouldn't say it's related to the update.

Reinstall minecraft and see if that helps, by which I mean delete all the folders inside your .minecraft folder, apart from saves, texture packs and mods that you want to keep.

Try and download a new client from minecraft.net. I had to do that when I updated my mac.

We just updated the server to 1.2.3 but its not fully stable yet , it can go down or timeout once a while, hence you might not be able to login. Just try again later. We are working to get it stable running asap.
