Heyy long time no see minetown... my sister has my account now and i told her to go on this server coz she likes these types of servers and well i told her that she has a rank coz i got one, once she went on skyblock she had no rank D: please guys fix this

Rank? The only ranks are donators, if you donated you'll need to put in a PE in game (Or perhaps that forums would work) and tell them how much you donated so they can verify and fix it.

As Novaleigh has stated, donor ranks are the only ones available to players, and a donation will need to have been made for her account to have a donation rank. Also, I don't believe that donation ranks show up on Skyblock, but the managers will correct me if this is wrong.
