i've seen it on many other server sites (never palyed any other server except this one <3) but i know of some server webpages that have a spot where the community could post skins/ texture packs and then let others use them or change them ... it sounds reallly cool and i would love to be able to just click a button here to find another skin instead of roaming the internet!!! just a suggestion but i think that if it could happen that would make a lot of people happy

The only problem with this, at the start, is that there won't be that many skins so a lot of people would end up with the same skin. Where as now, at least, there is a decent range of skins on Minetown!

This would be a good idea but before it happened they would need a bit of time beforehand to allow people to submit their skins/texture packs so there is a decent collection when it goes live!!

I'm not saying it's not a good idea, I lile the idea, I'm saying that if it was just implemented now there would be little, if not any, choice, so most of the people who used it would have the same skin!!

yeah i getcha .. but that where we come in! we could upload our own skins and make new ones! ... its probally gonna take a while before it (if it) gets implemented so we have time...

I tried to start a texture pack page on the wiki but no one jumped on board. Mine is the only one on there, I believe. I even made a template to make it easier to post. Skins would be an interesting idea. I will have to think about this one.

The template can also be found on that page. You don't HAVE TO use the template if you want to customize your TP's page but make sue you add to the bottom of the article, if you want it to appear on the link above.
