For all thos e who have been permantly banned or who have not logged in for 2 months

Could warps and regions created by these players be wiped? kinda anoying trying to go somwere and not having perms for a player who uve never heard of or seen before, i think this would give lots more areas open up to everyone that still plays, also warp list pages are so long delete warps from non existing players? would also open up more warp names for us

No, we can't do this. There are many warps owned by people who haven't logged on in forever that other people still use. I can promise you this. This would destroy some of Minetown's infrastructure. Also, if you're trying to go to a private warp to someone you don't know... it would be your fault for randomly typing in names. I'm not trying to blame. I do that too, randomly type in warp names to explore Minetown. Honestly, I like this idea. There are a lot of warp names I know are not used (I'm probably the only one who uses them) back in the first city I was in. I would love to get access to those names. However, we have no way of telling if other warps are used frequently or not (unless there are logs for warp use and time?). If there are no longs, mods/admins will have to watch over those warps to see if anyone uses them before they'd delete the warps. That would probably be my only condition. Of course, that condition doesn't affect me because I don't use warps often anymore, but I know many other people do. I don't want their game play hindered by something ill-thought-through.

No. Sometimes people take a break. For banned people that's one thing if it is a definite permaban, but sometimes we let people come back after a few months.

would be nice to clear up unused regions and warps...but i dont think there is a way to clear them by player without doing each one individualy...which would take mods forever and a day to deal with...

so...not really feasible...just make a request via forums to claim banned members land...if you think it is inactive player land, contact the player in forum with message and if they dun respond for a month after trying, we can generally turn their region over as abandoned

I've taken over a few regions, it'd be to hard to do for everyone who's ever been banned... If there a piece of real estate you've got your eye on, just keep watching it, figure out who the owner is, do some research on the forums about the owner. You may be able to get the perms changed over if you can find their turned down ban appeal or something.

theres a region im wanting the player hasnt logged in on forums sine the 12th of januray.. over a month ive been trying to get his town im the only one that lives there.

Just because they don't log into the forums doesn't mean they don't play. Many of my friends play but don't log into the forums.

Try in game mail too.

Dawg, people take breaks, some people go away for a month then come back and scream at us for taking their stuff away.

....so yeah. It's not going to happen until they've been inactive longer.
