You agreed to the rules, when you joined to the community. People even told you to stop, and you refused! I don't like it, when you attempt to bribe others, so you won't get into trouble. I will not be unbanning you.

No when u told me it was against the rules id already done it and we were all arueing over if it was bannable id done it about 7 minutes earlier.

it is banable. You agreed that you had read the rules on your membership application when you joined. Apparently you lied there, thus his verdict stands. Perhaps wait a few weeks - a month and try to reappeal and we might reconsider.
